Our press-on nails are handmade with care. Please allow 12-16 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. This timeframe accounts for the crafting of each set to ensure the highest quality.

We offer various shipping options within the US, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Delivery Time:
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are subject to potential delays due to carrier processing.
4. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. BOSSY PRESS ON NAILS is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your address, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.
5. International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future and will update our customers when this option becomes available.
Return Policy
1. No Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of our press-on nails and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
3. Return Process:
If a return is authorized under exceptional circumstances, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
Refund Policy
